Already announced is funding for a suburban rail extension to South Morang. Funding for other Victorian Transport Plan projects are also expected to be announced.
Budget papers 3 deal with service delivery across all state public services. It is the transport section of this that has performance indicators such as on time statistics and patronage. The budget will be handed down on Tuesday 5th May 2009.
