Parts affect public and active transport. Key points include an aim for Metro trains to be 100% renewably powered by 2025, new buses after 2025 to be zero emission and for there to be an ambitious target of 25% of trips to be by walking or cycling. I would however have liked to see more on land use, public transport services and resilience preparation.
